Conference Fees: Participants from the Great Lakes Region are eligible to a fee of US$ 25, rest of Africa US$ 50 & Participants from Developed Countries US$ 200. You can pay by Bank Transfer Only. In special cases we can accept Western Union or Money Transfers.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A place on the conference can only be confirmed on receipt of full or partial payment, any registration without payment by 1st of June 2008, will be withdrawn.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome. Alternatively, should you need to cancel, we will refund the registration fee less a 15 % service charge provided you notify us by e-mail or fax at least 7 business days prior to the conference start date.

Regrettably, no refunds will be made if cancellation notice is less than 7 business days.
