School Outreach HIV Prevention

Join Our Global School Partnership Program:

(Students of Point Grey Secondary School Vancouver Canada participate in building a house for Orphaned Children in Uganda 2008)
The Global Schools Partnership Program is an initiative of Africa Youth Ministries designed to create greater awareness and understanding of International , Social, Health, Environmental, Humanitarian, and development issues between young people in Uganda and the rest of the world. The Program targets both Primary & Secondary school going students regardless of race, religion, and gender.
Currently the project is working with various schools in Canada, USA, UK, Australia etc. Projects implemented include development and support of sports programs in Ugandan participating schools, international exchange programs involving Students, Teachers and parents of Point Grey Secondary School Students in 2008. The students collected sports equipments that were donated to schools during their visit in Uganda, they as well raised funds to buy sports equipments in Uganda. The team on their Ugandan tour built a house for 7 Orphaned Children and their 103 years grand mother. The team also collected and donated tremendous amount of scholastic materials to students from poor families in Uganda mostly, Orphans.

Students of Toronto University Schools together with students of Chinguacousy Secondary School in Brampton Toronto conducted a fundraising drive to collect sports equipments to support the sports for social change program implemented by Africa Youth Ministries in Uganda, using sport as a medium of communication to address social, health, development and economic issues affecting young people in Uganda. In a similar way, Africa Youth Ministries has partnered with various schools from Australia, US, Canada, UK, Ukrain, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China in our Christmas Cards Exchange program, for details visit
